Steam Wallet funds are not accepted on our platform. To open storages, add funds directly to your on-site balance using any of the available payment methods.

Payments are usually processed within 5–10 minutes. If your balance still has not updated after an hour, contact our support team at support@fastcs2.gg and include your transaction details: the date, the amount and the payment method.

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure your Steam account can accept trades:

• there is no active trade ban on your account;
• more than 7 days have passed since you last changed your Steam password;
• the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator has been enabled for at least 7 days;
• your trade URL is up to date and your inventory is set to public.

Beware of impostors: anyone who introduces themselves as an “administrator”, “moderator” or “trade bot” of our site is a scammer. Our staff will never:

• add you on Steam to make a trade;
• send you screenshots of an admin panel;
• ask you to send files or verification codes.

Do you create CS2 content on YouTube, Twitch or other platforms and have an active audience? Email us at support@fastcs2.gg — tell us about your channel and we will discuss the terms of cooperation.

Steam lets you reverse trades made within the last 7 days — including trades with our platform. Keep in mind: a reversal cancels all of your trades from the past 7 days, not just one, and every item goes back to its previous owner.

If you reverse a trade that included an item received from our site:

• the item will be removed from your Steam inventory;
• it will not be returned to your account on the site;
• Steam will restrict trading and Community Market access on your account for 30 days.

Verification confirms that every user is at least 18 years old and keeps the platform safe and fair. The process only takes a few minutes: when asked, upload a clear photo of your passport, ID card or driver's licence.

Your documents are handled securely and are used only to confirm your age and identity.
